Membership Terms & Conditions — Sukki's Collection
1. I confirm that all information provided in this application, including my NIN, BVN, ID details and guarantor details, is true, accurate and not misleading. I understand that any falsification is grounds for legal action.
2. I agree to make my contributions on or before the due date as communicated by the admin.
3. I understand that late or missed contributions will attract penalty fees as determined by the platform.
4. I agree to honour my assigned collection date and not transfer or sell my position without admin approval.
5. I understand that defaulting may result in suspension from circles and legal recovery action.
6. I agree to notify Sukki's Collection at least 5 days before any inability to pay.
7. I consent to BOTH my guarantors being contacted in the event of default, and I confirm they are aware of and consent to this role.
8. I acknowledge that collection positions are assigned solely at the discretion of the admin and may be adjusted.
9. I agree to digitally sign all agreements generated by the system. My digital signature carries the same legal weight as a handwritten signature under the Nigerian Evidence Act 2011.
10. I consent to my NIN and BVN being held on record for identity verification and legal enforcement purposes only.
11. I understand that Sukki's Collection may share my details with the Nigeria Police Force, EFCC or any court in the event of fraud or default.
12. I agree to the platform's penalty structure and dispute resolution process as outlined in my membership agreement.
